Welcome to SprintWork. By booking a sprint or using our services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
SprintWork is a design and development service offering streamlined, custom creative work in one-, two-, or four-week project blocks (“sprints”). Each sprint is focused on specific deliverables discussed before the start of the project.
SprintWork provides branding, design, illustration, web design, and (optionally) web development services as outlined on our website.
Each sprint is limited to the deliverables and time frame agreed upon before the sprint begins.
Any work outside that scope may require an additional sprint or a separate agreement.
You’ll complete a prep form to share goals, priorities, and assets before your sprint begins.
Work is tracked in a shared project board (Sprint 2 or Sprint 3) so you can follow progress in real time.
Deliverables are provided at the end of the sprint, unless otherwise agreed.
Payment is required in full to book a sprint.
Sprint fees are listed on our website.
Payments are non-refundable once a sprint has begun.
Sprint availability is first-come, first-served.
If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 7 business days before your sprint starts.
Missed or delayed communication during your sprint may affect deliverables.
Upon final payment, you receive full rights to the final approved deliverables.
SprintWork retains rights to unused concepts, drafts, and working files.
SprintWork may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
We treat all client information and project details as confidential. Files and information will not be shared outside the project without your permission.
SprintWork is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the deliverables.
We cannot guarantee specific business results, such as increased revenue, conversions, or traffic.
SprintWork reserves the right to decline or end a sprint if the project scope becomes incompatible with the sprint model.
In such cases, unused fees may be refunded at our discretion.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website.
